There is a girl

  There is a girl somewhere
  inside of me, who still
  gives a damn.

  There is a girl floating
  in my memories who still
  misses you.

  There is a monster living
  in my head that controls
  my thoughts.

  There is a person in front
  of me, reading my heart.

This is deep. At one time we all feel like this. There is a monster in everyone of us. Just like there is a little girl who wants to be loved, along with the prideful woman who won't let anybody bring her down. This is the perfect example.
