Night after night I lie awake
Thinking of you, your beautiful face
Day after day you run through my dreams
A starlit sky in the mid-morning sings
The birds are howling the audience bleats
As you sink into despair and i rise to my feet
"I'll love you forever. Please why won't you stay?"
Your words make me smile as I walk away
The stars glisten and twinkle as the sun shines above
You run out to stop me and proclaim your love
But you mean nothing to me, just a brick in the wall
As I awake from my dream my heart begins to stall
