Suicide

Suicide

A Story by xzinickamillana

The moon eclipses the sun, as he raises his head toward the sky. He stands from his death bed, as a tear emerges from his eye. "I gave her everything..." He mutters underneath his breath. The smell of sickly sweet roses overpower the cathedral. The game of life in the chess floor, the black and white so contrast, he walks across, moving swiftly to the broken window, where the sky is for him to see. He perches on the sill with the height of a raven, and finally looks down to the gravestones below. He sings the tune of a mothers lullaby, for he chooses his willful path. He stands up, twitching with all the pain in his black heart, and slowly steps closer to the edge, to the neck breaking fall below him. Bracing, he stops singing. "I gave her everything, but I'm not enough...." He gasps in pain and hurt. "I'M NOT ENOUGH FOR YOU!" He screams. He clutches his chest as his legs go limp, and he cries the tears of infinity. For he lands to his death, and the roses shall bury him forever... SUICIDE
