cry no more

This is a poem about the struggles I have had in my life with my depression that I experienced. I found myself through my depression and I am still figuring out the basics of everything.

Cry yourself to sleep at night

Hold your pillow tight

Hope for someone to come by and notice

That you are not alright

Have them sing for you

And pray for you when you feel like dying.

No one in sight

To come and hold you tight

When your heads down low

What you are is forever alone…

You try to make things better

Oh you try, you try to kill out the dark slumber

Oh you try your best but the best ain't

Enough for you here.

It's too cold to talk

It's too cold to walk

Help is on the way they say

Till your stuck in your tracks

There is no turning back

to the past…

Memories fade till a light hits a wave

No fright inside tears building up inside

The light gets brighter as your eyes open wider

The of love and happiness shows

You are not alone…..

You hold your pillow losely

You realize that truthly

Help is there

No reason to be scared.
