Creative Writing 101A Poem by alexborderieI wrote this poem about a horrible teacher that I had years ago. I decided to leave this as her review because all she ever did was put me down.
Creative writing 101
You b***h. I hate Thursdays at 9 am. I March to you're senseless lecture like I'm going to the gallows. Sitting in that desk smelling the sweet smell of decaying brain cells whilst you squeal through the inerds of my brain, I try to hold back tears of insanity. B chord F chord then B chord and F chord again in repetition. This desk binds me to a sick and hellish reality. One where you're the devil taking souls and torturing them with you're whispers. You're class is labeled wrong and anything worse than a label is a mislabel. You say creative but I say dictated. Do you realize that creative is an intellect seen differently through roughly 16.6 billion eyes? You tell me to write as something I am "not" then tell me that I'm wrong. How dust thou bring fiction into reality and then use it clearly as a tool against the creative gift you have given to myself as well as those in my class. Ironically you're Indian and that's what I call an Indian gift! You give us the connection of imagery and audio then take it away. You're wrong and you shouldn't teach. Teach: (n) To impart knowledge of. Knowledge: (n) acquaintance with facts. Acquaintance: (n) a person known to one. Well you ask that you allow us to impart knowledge when you're not an acquaintance. To impart knowledge on something you have no acquaintance with doesn't seem just. #JustSaying
