"

I always wish I were the waves but I'm probably just the sand

"
Boulders dot the shoreline
and lean against the tide
they don't care for the elegant sands that ripple with design
...but the waves don't stop

The way this reads to me is that people, regardless of their place in this world, have grown so course they no longer hear the opinions of others in the way they should. Those opinions matter and have merit. Life goes on I guess and some things never change. A deluded review but that's kind of what I see upon first reading. Tomorrow I'll think something else. hehe
