The Size of Your Heart

The Size of Your Heart

A Poem by alexa.garrison
"

Basically a poem about someone I used to think I loved.

"

Your heart ,
The size of a rock,
Pitiful and frigid,
A callous specimen.

You pushed me,
You yelled ,
Emotional, abuse
Of epic proportions.

I had nothing left,
Felt betrayed,
Worthless,
Useless.

You did that,
How does it make you feel?
Is there twisted satisfaction?
Because I feel nothing,
Empty and numb.

Are you proud?
Of what your pathetic heart has done?
