ItalyA Poem by alex.m1991I wrote this poem after a bad breakup, other than that, I think the poem speaks for itself.
You don't miss me, Italy
You miss your full time punching bag Your door mat Your crutch Your pleasure and your pain You would've been the death of me, Italy Lovingly abusive And, to you, I was submissive I gave you miles and miles of land And you asked for the ocean For you, I would've walked a million miles Now, I'm asking you to do the same © 2011 alex.m1991 |

I've always had a great imagination, so writing for me comes naturally. I do find that poetry seems to be the best outlet for me as a writer. more..Writing
