DeathA Story by Alene ParrPossibly something I could put in a story? I kind of see it as part of a play. Regardless, it came out of my brain, so I decided to write it down.
"Death is what defines us."
"What do you mean?" "Everything we do is about death. Everything." "Well, that's-" "No, it's true. Eat to avoid death. Sleep to avoid death. S**t to avoid death." "Well, what about having kids?" "We have kids because kids will carry on a tiny bit of ourselves, and as long as they carry that, we'll never be completely dead." "What about watching movies? Telling jokes? Laughing?"
