Per me la pioggia significa

L'allenamento e' sospeso

 

Quando piove, l'erba non si taglia

Non devo annaffiare il giardino

Per un'ora senza ricavar il bene

Che le fa l'acqua piovana

 

La pioggia significa tempo

Per un'altro bicchiere di vino a tavola

Tempo di vedere un film invece del calcio

La pioggia mi fa tranquilla

 

A volte quando mi sento affannata

Dico una preghiera per la pioggia

Ma quando veramente piove

Non sono Io che fa piovere, e' Dio

Che mi dice "vai piu' piano

Leggi un libro

Stai ferma un poco"

Oggi vorrei che piovesse

In late spring and early summer pioggia amo!!! 
Rain means that practice is cancelled! 
Allenamento e' soppresso! 

Rain means the lawn cannot be mowed! 
I don't have to water la giordino. 
(and lets face it... I can stand with the hose on those plants for an hour 
and still not get the same result as the rain!) 

Rain means another glass of wine with dinner, 
Vino Bianca! 
Watching a movie instead of baseball. 
Rain is relaxing. 
Peaceful. 
Calma. 

Sometimes when I'm overwhelmed 
I shake the rain-stick, just in case it works. 
But when it really rains, it's not me shaking the stick. 
It's God 
Telling me to slow down. 
Rallentare. 
Read a book. 
Relax! 
Calma Stare. 

Today I love the rain!
