In my mind

She waits below the window, 

Screaming my name, 

I do not know her but yet she looks familiar,

She wants me to go outside,

but, i am afraid, I am alone in here,

afraid and alone, with a girl at my window, 

what should i do?

Soon, I think i have the strength to face her, to speak to her, 

As i am walking down the hall, i turn suddenly and face a mirror,

i stare in amazement as i make the astonashing realization that, she is me... the girl outside is me... 

she is trying to save me, she can now come inside and as she does, she takes my hand, 

she turns and i follow, as we walk out the door she says, "youre okay"

thank you, 

my mind has opened another way out and i took it, 

i am not alone after all, for she is with me, in my heart, my soul, my mind...
