Some AngelA Poem by AlbatrossSin is a b***hWhat she really wanted never really came close to what I could come to bring.
Her satisfaction was bare and my apathy and wandering was jumbled in a diminishing sphere of enjoyment.
My eyes for her have become dim but once I get out of her bottle neck cling perhaps my eyes will have a shine again.
Now it’s evening but when God made this world He said dark and light, night and day.
I want my tomorrow to be day.
I want to take some time and remove her hair from my bed. Maybe I’ll shape her hair in the alphabet’s image so it reads, IT IS FINISHED.
I want my day to be slimming and flattering against the wire of scrutiny I’ve been tied to for so long.
My past days have been limited but I feel a lengthening. Evenings will come again but that’s when the need for day is revealed.
What she really wanted was to keep me from the light, but © 2014 Albatross |
