you capture the deepest nuances of utter surrender ~ there is such a fine line between enslaving oneself to muse and pure immersion in warm other scape waters in its creative libations and here within the body of your pearl string of words is the gem of soft capitulation presented in such a curiously subtle bend the lines between narrator and muse begin to narrow until one begins to reflect the other~

We both saw it and the connection was a glorious f*****g execution by electrocution.
You've penned something so beautiful that is almost ineffable to explain, other than to say how it made me feel in reading it! I was blown away, and I am still there!
Although it would seem rather overwhelming if presented to the object of its tribute (and more likely be taken less seriously than intended), as an individual piece of poetry it carries a lot of weight. Its readability and strength of clear language is very good, and there is spiritual power in the submission it makes in praise. In a sense it gets bigger as it accelerates and presents a satisfying whole by the end.
Too big as a poetic pledge to a secret love, I fear, and would be wasted in that sense. Better for it to be quoted by someone else as a sign of devotion to a love of their own. Better, in fact, for it to remain in print, and simply as a work of poetry for the delectation of more objective eyes...
Ah to be at one, with the universe, to reach out for that inner peace.
As usual Alan your skills make your readers think.
I enjoyed this poem very much.
now...this is what I call depth. reading this is like falling right into God's own heart (I think-I'm not really sure what that feels like, but I can imagine this is it).
I've no description to offer you, but I feel elevated when I read this. I look forward to reading your other work...
