The Wall of Frames

The Wall of Frames

A Poem by smilemore

Walking down, looking around

Searching through the wall of frames.

Beautiful pictures line the wall up and down.

Filled with memories and faceless names.

One image filled with smiles,

The next a little girl crying,

A memory wall lined up for miles,

Images so beautifully horrifying.

Each one has so much history,

You can make it into your own,

Images filled with mystery,

Like the beautiful women sitting alone.

Art captured from many years ago,

Showing the world how it used be,

Telling stories of an unknown black crow,

Showing life beyond the great sea.

The wall of frames, holds memories of us all,

Your first love and your first heartbreak,

The times when your world felt so small,

All lined up, don't make a mistake.

The wall knows everything about you,

Sitting there for the world to see,

You cannot hide, the wall will see through,

Try to enjoy life as free as you can be.
