I'm sorry.

I'm sorry I lied to you all those times.

I'm sorry I made you cry all those nights.

You said you loved me, I laughed at you.

You said you need me, I ignored you. 

I promised I'd protect you then I hurt you.

I promised I'd be with you then I betrayed you.

You were the sun I was the clouds.

You were the bolt I was the hammer.

You were the drum I was the drummer.

You were the smile I was the frown.

Now I sit here wishing the rain would fall and take away all the things I said, all those things I did.

I'm sorry I infiltrated you.

I'm sorry I deflated you.

I'm sorry I played you.

I'm sorry I betrayed you.

I'm sorry I hurt you.

And most of all I'm sorry I never said goodbye.
