A Night Alone but Not Lonely

Alone on the cool sand

The earth connects me to her

The water sent from her

The cooling breeze through my hair

It blows the taste of salty water

Dancing through my mouth

She is welcoming me and comforting me

Alone but not lonely

The stars and moon light my way

Like a fire burning bright

Also sent by her to help me 

Through the seashell infested beach

It lights the crabs that are awaiting

For waves to take them away

Waves sent by the goddess

The night beach has its own glow

When there is no one on it

I may be alone but i am comforted 

By the light given to me 

By the gentle waves meant for serenity

By the cool sand and cawing seagulls

My goddess is with me

Always protecting me 

The night sky is glowing for me

I am not alone
