Something about all of us, our lives..

A thing called LIFE

There is this thing called Life
That comes with numerous terms
a long distance to cover, many lessons to learn
They say to be fast,to win the race
Never to stop, no slowing down the pace

No time to sit back,
no moment of silence..
Not a way that leads to peace of mind,
This life, Oh really! its one of its kind

Among these crowdy cities,
These noisy streets
tall shallow buildings
only name plates, that greets
Are we really happy??

Among numerous gatherings
losing ourselves..
in the company of many,
fighting with our lonliness..

We need a moment
of peace and a smile
To sit back and relax
no covering distances of miles..

Close your eyes and look inside
There's whole new world
You can't hide..
All answers lies deep inside..

You are the only one
responsible for your happiness
the secret lies in
your heart and mind's togetherness..

A silent mind and happy heart
bring spring even in hot summer
forgetting our grief and sorrow
Leaving you in just happiness and its hangover

And then arrives...
That blissful moment of
knowing yourself and cherishing
wonderful feeling of BEING YOU...
