In Prayer Until He ComesA Poem by AKThe photo tells the story...
I can feel His holy presence
as she cries unto the Lord
The power in her travail
just cannot be ignored
And I’m drawn to the altar...
no one should fight alone
Others nearby join in prayer
as we meet before the throne
The Spirit moves so freely
when the faithful reach to Him
The angels gather round about
if they could... they would join in
A higher calling, none could ask for...
than to seek His holy face
There’s still room at this small altar,
the need has never been so great.
To some, a lovely building
to rejoice in song and praise
But this place was built for battle
just before the end of days
We meet as need arises
day and night till good fight’s won
And the bond shall not be broken
in prayer until He comes.
