Diwali(English version)

A Poem by Akash gaikwad
"

Diwali is a festival where now people love to do pollution. So this is about my views on them.

"
Do you know why people are quiet in this city? Because they are quiet in their selves.

Here who is right or wrong no one knows!
And even though if you know! What the heck you can do?

Here Everyone cares about their selves!

Here the meaning or the meaningless is the same story.

People who smoke cigarettes they complaint about pollution and people who don't smoke burn fire cracker on diwali!

You will meet good people here but its just that they are surrounded by unlucky things.

Just for bringing smile on their kids face they risk everyone's life.

It just only for one day it is not every day story that you are getting angry broo!!

Everyone who is sitting, listing and walking here has a story but you tell me which story should I believe in. I can't include all stories as good stories!

Believe it or not but who are you?
I am ravan and you are monsoon!
It rains and the water drops from the roof travels from drain and meets the sea.

At the end we all breath the same air!
No bro some people are different they wear mask and burn the fire crackers.

Truth has only one religion
Keep your mouth shut
Because next station is your end
But shah isn't the end is the beginning.

Some details - Diwali is festival where we burn fire crackers. It is also know as the festival of lights!! It is celebrated because a god name Ram came back to his home after 14years.

Ravan is villain who was killed by god Ram.
And Shah is my friend name who suggested me the last line!!

Thanks for reading and appreciating it!!
An interesting read, with much colour in it. It also intrigued me that you said the festival of Diwali encourages people to pollute. Thank you for sharing your words.

A rich and colorful account.
While this piece obviously has a serious side, it still retains great charm.
Much enjoyed, Akash!
