Silky Silhouette

Silky Silhouette

A Poem by akarusty

Maybe I remember her, maybe not... Number 11 of my poetic album 'Break And Employ'.

"

Silky Silhouette

A silky silhouette
Drifting through you:
Emitting heat;
Burning hearts;
Caressing souls.

A smile cracks
As eyes pulsate
A glance,
A stare
Toward the divine.

But chance subsides
Disappearing,
Fading away -
Silhouette lost

An alien enigma
Now a faceless wonder
Without a name:
Without a trace.

Your sentence structuring in this poem is perfect. I like the symbolism as well.
