Feelings
We all know what they are
How they feel
When and why we feel certain feelings
But not everyone knows
How it feels to have
All of your feelings just
Bottled up inside
With no chance of getting out
Ever
Because you're afraid to open up
You're scared you'll get hurt
You keep all your feelings in a bottle
But now the bottle is cracking

This was articulated clearly, and is an important topic, especially with anger management stuff. I felt the frustration in this, the kettle coming to the boil sort of thing. Realy good work, I reckon when people write stream of consciousness stuff, that is what they are doing, letting it all out on paper to take some of the intensity out of their emotions, stepping back afterwards with a more catharsized outlook.

Yes, I can relate to this. But I do believe that the bottle needs to shatter at some point to someone you trust so you can let things out and not have so much weight upon your shoulders.
