Finding her brother Ch.2

*3 years later*

(Aphmau's P.O.V.)

I was on my way to the clearing when I hear a twig snap in the bushes. I put my hood up and adjust my senses to focus on the bushes. "WHO'S THERE?" I yell out with the smallest bit of anger in my voice. Someone comes out of the bushes. "Who are you?" I say cautiously.

"I'm just trying to get back to Falcon Claw." She says with a little fear in her voice.

"Can you help me get there too?" I ask with a sweet voice.

"Sure. Why do you need to get there though?"She asked curiously.

"I think my twin brother may be there." I answer. I pull my hood down and fiddle with my sword that is sitting in the holder.

"What's your name Miss?" She asked.

"Just call me Phoenix. What's your name?" I say.

"I'm Lily. Where did you get that sword?" She asks nervously.

"I like the name Lily."I say changing the subject.

"You changed the subject. Why?" She asks.

"I don't want to talk about it." I answer.

"Well here we are, Falcon Claw." She says. It's just at the brink of dawn as we arrive at Falcon Claw.

"Who are you Miss?" One of the guards ask.

"Do I have to tell you?" I say like I'm annoyed.

"Yes." He says firmly.

"Fine." I whisper in his ear "Aphmau." I say then I back away slowly.

"S-sorry Miss." The guard says. "I'll take you in." He leads us to the guards tower.

"Stay here Lily. I'll be right back." I turn to the guard."Watch her. Don't let anyone touch her." I say.

"Yes." He answers. I head up the tower to the top. My black cloak flowing behind me and my sword clanking in the holder. When I arrive at the top I look at all the guards and I don't see a single one with white hair and red eyes. 

"Where is he?" I demand with anger in my voice.

"How are you talking about miss?" One of them ask. I grab my bow and jump out the window landing on my feet right next to the guard.

"Where is he?" I ask starring the guard down.

"I-I don't know." He says. I whistle calling for my horse Max. I jump on Max as he runs past me.

"Go toward the castle Max." I say with a little anger in my voice. Once we reach the castle I jump off Max and run through the big oak doors that blocked me from the king queen and their son. I walk in and ask the king for a minute of his time and we go into another room. "Where is captain Jason Light?" I ask sternly.

"He's out fighting right now." The king answers me.

"Where?" I ask.

"The north entrance to the Kingdom." He says.

"I'm going there. There is a little girl named Lily at the west entrance gate, take care of her till I get back." I say as I start to leave.

"I will." He answers back. "Do you need the pack?" He asks.

"Yes open the east and west gates." I say demanding to the guard next to us. "Make sure everyone is inside before I call them." I say just before leaving. Once I'm outside the guards give me the ok and I get on Max then howl for the pack.

The pack and I arrive at the scene to see my brother sitting on his horse at the front looking ready to charge. Max runs up to him with the pack following.  I grab at my cloak pulling my hood down getting my bow and an arrow out of my bag.

"What are you doing here Aphmau?" Jason asks.

"First don't call me Aphmau I like to be called Phoenix and second I'm here to help." I say giving him a stern look.

"Ok, ok." He says sarcastically. 

Max heads up into the mountains for me to get my perfect shots. I signal the wolves to head out and I shoot out the archers and some of the swords men. I
