Cover my eyes,

cover my ears,

but leave my mouth.

You can't change what I will say.

Strangle my body,

bind my shoulders,

but leave my hands.

You can't stop me from making what I want.

Lock me in,

shut me down,

but don't dare to restrain my legs.

I'll go where I want to go.

Mock me,

judge me.

You won't get to me,

cause I have the fire of hope

and trying to contain me will just burn you.
