Awake, Forgoten Sleeper

Awake, Forgoten Sleeper

A Poem by A J Allan
"

A new dawn

"

Awake forgotten sleeper,
Arise and see the day.
No more are you hated,
No more hid away.

Ablaze, the morning's glory,
brings tidings to the lands,
To tell of your great rising,
Of your most soothing hands.

All light and song and happiness
Stands by to bring you in.
Rejoice, o all you nations,
For Hope is come again.
