#CancelCoronaA Poem by ApollosI’m “sick” of this virus.
Yeah I’ve been reckless.
Couldn’t wait to get infected. More time to finish my setlist. I wear sickness like a neckless. What’s the point of amoxicillin when I like the feeling? Don’t treat me like I’m sinnin’ when I stand firm on The Rock and don’t give the Doc more business. This World needs to have a beer. Be filled with more cheer rather than be consumed by the latest fear. I guess we’ve moved past being excited about the New Year. I leer at those who gain their perspective from a sphere. I get more gentle than both my Papa’s. Mis palabras start getting focused on my next empanada. Take me to Nevada in my pajamas as I done with all this drama. Let me take this gamble as I continue on this ramble. In my sandals sipping on some Campbell’s. Hitting up my mom’s pharmacy cause she got all the answers. Might as well have cancer cause I face death with plenty of manners. Bernie Sanders ain’t got big enough plans to cover the way I pray like Ned Flanders. It’s like I’m promoting violence as I speak out against this virus. We got rats coming out the trap like, “Son that’s wack...” People acting that like this is complicated but I think it’s just overrated. I’m feeling motivated to call out all things basic. CEO of not being complacent. These Simps need to see the simplicity of when the World tries to provide a remedy. © 2020 ApollosAuthor's Note
