A Gentle Breeze..by Michael

A Gentle Breeze..by Michael

A Poem by Michael Reisman

A gentle breeze parts the curtain as it touches my face.
The blanket folds back on her side of the bed where she used
To sleep. A dream of an impression becomes a reality on her pillow
when I awake. The one year absence of when she left is caught
Up in the passion of a missing embrace. The window no longer
Needs to be open, for my gentle breeze has returned...
