It was soft and cuddly. Big round ears and sparkling Brown eyes made me smile as we hugged and slept together. Not an imaginary friend, but a real life childhood toy That would listen to me without question. One brown eye would wink at me before we fell asleep together. My name is Theresa and I am six years old. Dolls never fascinated me, Yet my teddy bear always did. His furry arms would Always be around me when I woke up in the morning. He was something that was saved as a child and kept with me All through my adult years. My Teddy forever. I introduced my new boyfriend who I met at my Senior year in college to my parents. They were impressed and Liked him just as much as I did. His name was Teddy and four years later we eventually got married. One brown eye would Wink at me before we fell asleep together....
That's cool. I love the power you pull out of so few words. Also, cool visual symmetry, the winking eyes. I don't see anything really to criticize. I guess, If you just want to see how spare you can go without losing the story's impact you could pare down the end a bit, but that's really just messing with nuts and bolts for fun. Cool little story.
