Tonight's dreams were the same as yesterdays.
A glimpse of a past long lost love which was you.
It had me go back to a favorite place of ours
Where we sipped together on our favorite drinks
In a neighborhood that we both grew up in.
The bartender smiled when a young lady sat next to me
And said to him, "the next one is on me".
Dolores smiled and remembered tonight's dreams were
The same as yesterdays. We continued where we left
Off and then got married soon afterwards.
A fork in the road where a decision was made
To keep our dreams alive...

This is a departure from the average poem that comes up for review. I like it for content and I like for form and delivery.
I would have rather seen you keep your sentences true than have a capital letter at the beginning of every line.
