Dear Agony

Dear Agony

A Poem by Eliza arabi

The loss has burdened me

I can’t fight for another feel

My fears hide in this little pen.

The fear of you is sinking into my skin

So I write to you.

(Dear agony,

Let me be free) x 2

I want to heal

I want to feel

My heart is sore

My soul is, buried

Dear agony,

Set me free.

Insanity is like a war

Not knowing who you are

I have nothing left to regain

You’re slowly poisoning my veins

With every tear I will claim who I’ve become

So I beg you

Dear agony,

Let me be free

dear agony

why wont you let me free?

I want to heal

i want to feel

My heart is sore

My soul is buried

Dear agony,

Set me free.

Dear agony x 2
