Remorse

Remorse

A Poem by Nameless
"

Dedicated to my old love, Parr.

"
How did I miss this?
A love such pure and subtle.
Untold, unstated masterpiece.
I reckon "Parr" is the title.

It's what we called asymptote,
the value we grew closer to
but never quite effectuate.
Like the undefined functions do.

Paradox as it move to x axis.
Seems identical to infinity,
like point that was never notice.
Undeniable, same as reality.

It is Henry David Thoreau advised:
"To regret deeply is to live afresh"
There's not a need to revise
I'm more than happy as I refresh

I'll give you buoyant hug and kisses
Your memoirs are saved, my treasure.
You, to be safe, is all I wishes.
Apologies if we don't have closure.

Good morning,
I read your poem and enjoyed your words.
And, I see you want to be friends but since I have no reviews from you which to me means you have not read my sonnets or poems I am wondering why you want to be friends?
I have quite a variety. After reading yours I think you might like Hand In Hand or Miles Apart..
