Life Gone Amiss

Life Gone Amiss

A Poem by Angelica

A purified droplet of water runs into a stream
As it turns to a river flowing freely to the ocean,
But as it grows pollutants come its way.

If not kept in order, trash clog its arteries as oil deposits
Poison its system then problems arise, but are left as is; the once
Healthy droplet becomes a dangerous wasteland.
