and that's just what i'm gonna do

last night I dreamt mermaids,
spilling from my mouth,
singing for the sky,
my friends and my wings
and she was so free
swimming in spit
she was so beautiful and rosy sweet
ring on her finger, she cried
you be free, like me
and that’s just what I'm gonna do
