[ A Trembling Augury ]

[PROLOGUE]
Tremble all beings, I shall
And I for my ancestors, devote it
When ravens come foretell the augury
Of mad winters dead,
And winters joyful yet unborn...
Nothingness is all that's left
Of which existence is timeless
And apart yet, I was torn...

[BOOK 1]
To where dreams of lost purity
Shape-shift the monuments of time
Rise, the fences of man slowly
Invoked of the sacred hymn
"Rise again, and rise forever more!"
The haunt of humanity stands still
"Rise again, and rise once more!"
The agony of every self doth fill

[BOOK 2]
Where man is none but weakness
Lost has became his plexus-peak
Fallen was his very uniqueness
Of this augury: Tell no critique
For lies are not of those warns:
The rivers of Man are truly frozen
Nor such this haunt anything adorns
And bear no memory well-chosen!
