Stairway To Mine Soul, Pt.11 - Atop The Shadowy Stairway

Stairway To Mine Soul, Pt.11 - Atop The Shadowy Stairway

A Poem by Ahmad Alhour

[ Stairway To Mine Soul, Pt.11 - Atop The Shadowy Stairway ]

Many art' the times when I shed mine skin
And battles fought which I hadeth not win
For I hath seen not such light shining
As I truely did by sealing mine covenant into silence

I whom sitted the darkest nights
And conducted into the brightest ov days
Wondering and lost in the void ov answers
By what hast left ov these sands ov truth
Reality, in which I hath marched forth
Adequately betraying mine solitude!

Blood covering the pages
And mine words loudly unhread
The last statement this shalt be
By which mine declarations cometh true
I hath found mine path!
I hath opened the door,
That hath waited mineself to yowl!
But tears that's left within
As I stand atop this stairway
Gazing down upon thine jounery
Ov winters gone and winters to come
For the sun shalt light this day!
For the sun shalt light mine way!
