A Poem by kenzie evans

It's not a competition of who's life is worse,
no matter why we feel it; hurt is still hurt.
it may seem like I complain, you don't have a clue
I don't say half of it outloud, besides... what's it to you?
people go through hard times, whether it's death or just depression
I'm not about to tell you to shut up, life teaches us lessons.
I thought the cloud was lifted up, it's crazy how quickly things paint
a film of grey all through this house, I know that I'm no saint.
I need plans to keep me going I'm sorry if that causes problems
seems like I need to stay on the move, it's the only way to solve them.
I'm trying to wear my coat right now, and let it glow some sort of sheild.
lets act like only your problems matter, & screw what others might feel.
