quick one :$ kinda bad, but hey.

people judge, people talk, people hurt.

people make up lies, people believe them, people suffer.

people cry, people smile, people laugh.

people live their life, people spend it in a hospital bed.

people love with all they've got, people hate with all their energy.

people don't care about the truth, they care about what sounds better to them.

people ruin lives, people are the only thing that bring us down.

people don't see the good in people, but the bad.

people fight, people give up, people walk away.

people change, some don't.

Pretty much how I view people. Hooray for pessimism! Nicely written. My only bit of advice is to try and make the last line stronger. As of now, it only repeats what you've been saying all along. Try making it stand out by not using the word "people" at all. Like, "And the saddest part is, they're here to stay", or something along those lines. Otherwise, nicely done.
