Let's be Nothing

Let's be Nothing

A Poem by kenzie evans

So, did you think it was okay
to take my heart & smash it in a million pieces?
But no, that wasn't enough,
you has to make sure that my heart rate decreases.

So you do all you can
keep playing your game,
Because we both know
nothing will ever be the same.

Don't read this and pretend to care,
Don't say you're sticking around
'Cause you were never there.

I don't give a s**t just what you do,
as long as it doesn't involve me and you.

Go live your life,
isn't that what you want?
You got to have more things each day
to go out and flaunt.

So break her heart too,
It'll always be your fault.
I won't be around
to sit here and insult.

I'm done with your games,
I'm done with your lies,
Don't say "Hello" again,
because I already said my goodbyes.

I don't want you,
can't you see?
Let's be nothing,
cause thats all we'll ever be.
