Asking too many questions just leads to more openings in logic

Asking too many questions just leads to more openings in logic

A Poem by <3

People always pass me by with that same look in there eye
People always say the things that only false pretense brings
Well, I’ve been staring at the sky
Waiting for answers to ring
But nothing has come to me in close to two decades!
While others, five times my elder are still looking up!
Falling for charades
Waiting for rain to fill their cup

Left there are others looking around
Right there is a mob of critics!
Down there is only ground!
So I wandered with the skeptics

No crusades end with success
Just a little more death on a pile of extinctions
Some claim that they are blessed
Play in their parents clothes of distinction

People tell me there has to be more to this
People paint pictures of love so unconditional
I can’t come to grips
My tanks on empty waiting to be full
