There is no such thing as a fresh start

no clean slate no redraw of the cards

It is just another year on a pile of past

The only difference is this could still be the last

Drink your champagne and your alcohol

celebrate the end of another brawl

There is no restart no second chance

live this year like it could be the last

don't make resolutions

start making revolutions

Change it all fix it now

before it all comes crashing down

while the world still spins around

There is no second attempt
