This is a unique style of poetry. What's it called?

[Agyani]

It's a Senryu, a Japanese poetry style. Sorta like a Haiku.
Senryus are three line poems with a 5-7-5 syllable count rule. While Haikus are traditionally related to nature, Senryus relate to human follies :)
