It all starts now with a clean slate, but if you really want it like you say you do, you'll stop sending reminders to yourself of who the past you was in mistake, you will focus with a fierce determination of the new person you've always wanted to be, and that is how you'll sleep at night. The past is there, it won't leave in permanence, (sorry if I spelled that wrong), but you're supposed to only learn from it in your fault of what you can do to be better the next time a chance to make a memory comes in a rainbow painter bleed storm.
