swallow eternity in its entirety

We're all just spending time

not spending time

beyond the gates

what can I do to change

this broken timeline

this reality went wrong

so I'll pick another

from the infinite fold

I'll kill each string

burn them down until

I find the one

where we're all together

and the cancer hasn't 

taken hold yet

maybe I can bypass

that timeline all together

since our insides are skewed 

our biologies broken

shattered defect

but in the end 

its all unattainable 

so 

pray,pray,pray

until nothing else is left 

or

find a cure

or

more likely I'll

catch a fiery falling star

in my upturned mouth 

gaping at the heavens 

in hopes 

to swallow eternity

in its entirety
