The hundredth dream I had
last night
showed me your eyes
the hundredth and the last,
they always end with you.

The hundredth dream I had last night
showed me your lips
your arms
much more soft
than I remember.

my mind keeps showing you to me
convincing me to let you linger;
stay a while

for what?

to feel your ghostly warmth lay its breath upon my skin?

so I can revel in the memories we've made?

and think up some more reasons
for why I let you linger,
or stay with me a while

Ive been running into many writings about dreams lately, it seems spring brings out those dreams slumbered in winter. Let it linger and when it seems to be fading, grab it and dream again
