Great metrica, flow and pathos, I really mean it, actually "great" is not enough, but I don't know a stronger word to use :(
A very good use of alliterations (you coMe aNd Make Me whole, for example) and anaphora (WHEN, WHEN, WHEN).
Very original, the idea of taking a chance at visual rhymes, I mean.

Very moving stuff. I can relate. When the s**t hits the fan it good to know who to turn to. Perhaps it was written about a dear friend, but in my case it reminded me of the deep unabiding love and support I have discovered within myself. A powerful reminder to reach out to our better natures, wherever they may lie.
