Entanglement

Entanglement

A Poem by Ashleigh Chantalle

The thread of life
entangled
at fate's hand.
Adorned in gold, a stream of sand, two beads of coal, cinders dancing. Entrancing.
One, captivated
by the beauty of the
uniquely
ordinary
other.
Entangled.
By fate. Improbable.
By love. Irrevocable.
By desire. Incandescent.
Radiant.
Radiating, enticing, coalescing;
A paragon of rhapsody.
Melodious, sweet song.
Ubiquitous.
Traces of mineral
Lost in a sea of lamentation.
Found in a dream.
Entangled.

Words and emotions.. emotions and words.. each and all joined at a slender hip. Each having its own true meaning.. in vogue but not vague This very much strikes me as being how the writer feels much of the time YET would, could, be different given the chance.
