Let us open hearts to strangers, together we belong.

Let us kneel with kings and shepherds upon this strawy earth.

Let us sing with joy, and worship He who gives the second birth.

Never mind the hustle bustle, the clamour all around.

Let us gather us to worship and sing the joyful sound.

Lay aside your daily woes and the heaviness of life.

Join your voice with angel choirs robed in shining light.

O little town of Bethlehem where first Lord Jesus cried,

O Star of wonder overhead that did the wise men guide,

We sing of them, we sing of Him, we sing with hearts aglow.

We sing the songs of Christmas, our souls they overflow.

This is really what Christmas is all about, and when we sing with like-minded people then our celebration is complete. Sadly so many people have forgotten, or never even knew the Christmas story, but come midnight on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day the churches will be packed to bursting with good Christian men( and woman) rejoicing together. There really is nothing like it, and you have captured the occasion beautifully Mr afish.
