I just know it.

I know he loves me; his eyes say so,

what lips fail to utter, what words never show.

And when he looks at me, his stare screams it all.

I smile 'cause I understand the language of his soul.

I know he loves me; his kisses say so,

in the union of our lips, in the world that we know.

A kiss doesn't lie, and his is pure intent,

breathless truth and wonder, leaving me content.

I know he loves me; his silence says so,

in wordless conversations where boredom has to grow.

Though not often seen, as I wish his love to be,

my heart is at rest 'cause I know he loves me.

I'm conflicted as I read this... It is good to see love in what another person is giving. We need to do this to make relationships work. sometimes we just have to have the confidence and believe. We give the benefit of the doubt. Then there is the chemistry... oh yeah. This tells us we have a natural compatibility, but it is not love. No, not really. This is hard to accept.
so, we must hold our lovers accountable to express their love in the way we need to hear it sometimes. We cannot make excuses as to why the other person does not speak our love language. If they "love" us, they will learn our language. End of story. Love takes work and demands us getting out of our comfort zones. Love is not apathetic or lazy. Love lives in action and deeds, but in our minds and perceptions as well. You deserve more than this type of love Arzel...
Anyhow... my fathering instincts kicking in. ha.

Words left unspoken but love can be felt in many different ways as the ones you described. I remember the lines of a song "the only love you gave me was the love you couldn't show." Love can be interpreted in many ways. Sweet love. :-)
