The Game

The Game

A Poem by Abhishek

Trust me i am sane playing just another game
Words wont tell what is in the mind
Everything's different nothing of my kind
A voyage taken for granted
Storms predictable but unavoidable
Clouds of joy tempt for rain
Until blown away by winds of disdain
The city sleeps when im awake
Half moon night full of stars the breeze cool
Then dawn breaks and spoils the show
My day begins with sadness
My thoughts reciprocate with none
What i dont do is what should never be left undone
Sometimes silence says it all
No quest no quibble just a quarantine
The answers are a patch up of the day dreams
Torn by the inner conflict
Its long since someone got me right
Those by my side are now in the hide
Everyone’s fears are a destiny in itself
To carry on the shoulders and dump at the deathbed
Enslavement in a golden prison
I dont die with hunger i can live with it
The rules of this game is totally insane
Trust me im sane just finished with the game
