Chapter Nine

A Chapter by Aekmy

Gerard’s P.O.V

I slowly crept out from behind the trash can and opened the exit door; Ava wasn’t anywhere to be found and neither was that other dude. I grabbed her bags and held them in my hands, desperate. Inside the lobby of the apartment people were trying to organize themselves, some needing help, but I just kept shoving my way through the crowd.

“Ava!” I yelled, once I was out of the building. The roads glistened orange under the street lights and cars destroyed the puddles as they drove through them. Deep in my thoughts, I just started walking. I didn’t know where I was going, but I was going somewhere, hopefully closer to Ava.
