February

February

A Poem by Aekmy

The sun smiles

brightly on my day

Radios play old

Country songs

Happy rays warm my face

Warm breezes carry away all of my

Wrongs

Away to a

Place

No one knows

Bliss

Polychromatic toe nails pop out of polka dotted sandals

Sun hats secure flying curls

As the summer wind disturbs the warm peace.

Meeep. :] Okay, where I am we've been having tons of warm, like sixty degree days, so ya I went outside and messed around with some words and my friends. Once I came in this made its way out and Tada! Here you have it.
Thanxx. :{D

I like it, it is so peaceful (though the radio's on lol) and filled with bliss

Oh, good warmth of Feb ... :)

This is nice, I like the imagery. And the sense that the warm peace will always be interrupted. I certainly wish I could feel this warmth during February :D

A great little poem! Sunlight and warmth really do help drive away the bad things in life if only for a few hours. Awesome write.

That was beautiful! I'm pretty used to odd weather. I used to live in Rhode Island where the weather changed it's mind every 5 minutes! I love the part in the middle about your worries blowing away and how it's in short choppy fragments. That was clever. I loved this poem :)

I like your profile picture. I had to say that first. It's really cute.

Secondly...Is you're weather constant? Where I live Mother Nature PMS's like mad. We've had warm weather and snowy-ish weather. But that all sounds lovely. Nice imagery!
